Ian Gillespie of the “London Free Press” reported on an increasing problem in the London area of people taking in far too many cats in their homes than they can possibly look after. It has become quite a headache for the local Humane Society. Part of the problem is the number of cats that are let loose on the street by owners who buy a kitten and then move on either from their jobs or finish school.
